      Pros

      Company truck is a must. And if you want overtime you can have it. This company will help you learn the basics to move forward with your career.

      Cons

      The management will let you down, time and time again. Worst management I have ever worked for. They are quick to throw the field workers under the bus. Without the field workers the company wouldn't survive. The company is based off office hours vacation, (another words if you are scheduled to work on a weekend holiday better hope your off cause you won't get paid. )

      Good working environment. Company trucks are a plus. Overtime is a plus.

      Cons

      Management has no care for their employees. To many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Management has failed on numerous occasions to help lower level inspectors. Vacation is based off office hours. Not field hours.
