Pros

The work/life balance is wonderful. Flex timing and opportunities for overtime. Management gives quarterly meetings which update employees on recent news.

Cons

Pay increases are not nice or rare. Maybe .15 cent or a great year would be .50 increase per hour. You work really hard and employees don't receive bonuses or a thank you.

Pros

-work on various interesting projects at the same time -management is great -most people are friendly -can learn a lot of stuff in a short time -never lay off people

Cons

-some techs bully new hires -pay is relatively low compared to other companies -tight office space -insurance plan is not as good

Pros

It is a good company as far as what you make per hour as a contractor. It was a good start toward my other goals.

Cons

I feel that the benefits could have been better. Also, advancement opportunities are just no there. No room for growth.
