No over the shoulder boss

Cons

Poor Pay, Feeble raises, dismal expense reimbursement, poor scheduling, route planning non existent, Out of date and non working software, poor communication, top heavy with over management... Plan on losing money every year rather than gain...

Travel mileage is very poor

Great med.benifits and good hours

Cons

They dropped the mileage calculated rembursment so low it doesn't cover costs. They tell you you can use it as a tax write off.. not true unless you own A house and have 59,000 in expenses.
