      Big name company with lots of different areas of interest

      Cons

      Management wasn't invested in their employees. After they bought the company I worked for, most of the long timers who had been there for 10+ years left due to poor acknowledgment and ridged adherence to SGS's company standards

      Salary structure is very poor compared to other neighbouring country where SGS is present. Lean Management style of working. No Work and Life balance as staff works even during leave.
