Pros

•Flexible hours. •Great coworkers. •Overtime, if you want it. •If you like not going to work but still being employed, this is the job for you! They won’t fire anyone or do anything about it!

Cons

•Terrible management. •Will pressure you into working overtime. •Not much room for advancement. •Management has no idea what’s going on in the lab and does nothing about people who don’t work/show up. •Will throw projects on to you when unprepared, then does not supply staffing or supplies to be able to handle it. •Will take credit for your work, or give credit to people who don’t deserve it. •Fast turnaround. Be prepared to be burnt out with no help, since everyone is overworked.

Pros

One star just give to my colleagues who were amicable and the flexibility in work.

Cons

I highly agree with what other ppl complained - no room for growth. During my tenure at the company, I observed that the department leadership demonstrated a lack of attention to the challenges faced by employees in their daily tasks. Even I tried talk to my leader many times what assistances I was needed from him, but he ignored it and still now without any positive feedback from him. There was a noticeable absence of motivational support aimed at fostering a positive work culture and encouraging proactive engagement with job responsibilities. Additionally, the salary paid did not align with industry standards, which could potentially impact employee morale and retention. In light of these factors, I would not endorse this company as an ideal workplace for prospective employees.
