Good starting job if you want to become a scientist or work in a lab, friendly coworkers
Cons
Pay is low for industry standards, some departments you can’t really move up unless you suck up to management or have a science degree for chemist and biologist positions, horrible commute to work in the Orlando area, work becomes very robotic and repetitive
