Pros
1- no clear salary agreement 2- 50% of my salary was deducted for 5 months saying that i didn't understand the work yet so i didn't contribute in the work flow for 5 months so that gives them the right to deduct 50% of my salary "i was originally hired as a fresh grad" 3- old managers had the right to do what ever they want "shout, yell or even curse their employee as they're the old ones and have all the authority in the world 4- no clear measurement for evaluation , you can be doing literally nothing and be the employee of the month just because your manager says that 5- old school restricted employees who will judge you and talk and gossip about you for doing anything that doesn't match with their back grounds 7- you can't defend yourself by any way or evidence , if they don't like you , they will fire you out of no where 8- i was fired because i refused to be yelled at by my direct manager and they didn't want to give me my salary
