People seemed nice, like they meant well (SOME people). SGS as a company seems well put together.

Cons

LOTS of cons. Little to no direction for new employees. Everyone sarcastically says 'oh yeah you'll LOVE it here'. Kept saying they couldn't keep employees and now I know why. Seems no one knows what they're doing, just trying to stay afloat.

Great opportunity to trauma bond with your coworkers and get your foot into the industry.

Cons

To get the ludicrous sample volume analyzed and reported, it's impossible to work a forty hour week. Many of my coworkers worked over ten hours a day, six or seven days a week. Hourly wage is below industry standard. Lab is filthy.
