Pros

Good way to gain experience in your CV before finding a better job. Company values would be good in theory if those only were followed in practise too.

Cons

Greedy company that will work the employees to the ground. Overtime was regular but not compensated. High stress environment. Always understaffed. Staff was not appreciated by higher management at all. Low pay compared to competition and the level of responsibility. No meaningfull training provided, but loads of mandatory data safety training to waste your time on (like most basic stuff you would know even without wasting your time). No work-life balance. Bad IT systems that will slow you down. Upper management would not listen to any suggestions made by employees. Always ask everything in writing because promises made by the upper management are not always kept. Prepare yourself to see your coworkers in tears. I saw more people crying at this job than in any other combined. Company values are all good except those are not followed in real life at all, wich is a shame. High staff turnover. Many fixed-term employees that are kept stressing about will they get a new contract or not after the last one closes, sometimes getting the news about their new contract on their last day. No opportunities to grow in the company, no career opportunities. Only real opportunity to get a raise is to switch to a competitor as many have done. Many many red flags. Would not recommend to a friend because this company takes more than it gives and will not be good for your mental health.
