Pros

It saves on time because it cuts on the commute time and productivity is higher. Creates discipline in someone in terms of time management, productivity and meeting your KPIs and Goals.

Cons

For dishonest people they can play around with company working hours. Interpersonal skills harnessing is reduced because the staff don't mingle and thus employees of the organization might not know so much about each other. With this they might not know each others strengths and weaknesses.
