Great mid-level managers. Flex hours. Co-workers are nice.

Cons

No room for growth. Promotions are extremely rare. You are not allowed to make mistakes or you could be fired or punished. Low pay. No support from corporate. Nobody from upper management cares about their employees. Working here was HELL ON EARTH. There is a reason why there is high turnover. RUN FAR FAR AWAY. DO NOT WORK HERE. There are better places to work at. Value your mental health.

Work culture and leave policies, And they will always listen your right, but they wont take any action on it.

Cons

If you get worst SBU Head, then u will be under pressure. Sometime they will be very illogical and greedy. No years sales meet, not get together. Lot more demits are there.
