- Poor management to employee communication - Lack of respect between management and employees (a sort of parent-and-child relationship) - As it is a corporation you will feel the lack of care for employees - No help is provided by the company when it comes to immigration though they higher mostly immigrant workers - The pay is something you will never get over, being paid less than a local dog walker will forever hit your ego especially if you have done your undergraduate degree and spent 4 years going to school for it
