Pros

Great place to learn all sorts of methodology great coworkers That were like family. Good for new grads. If you want to get into the industry this is the place to start.

Cons

The pay is low for the work load. Managers like to micromanage and treat you like children. There is no HR really- so if you have a problem you are on your own.
