The salary was competitive but that is all

Cons

The management in the Wolverhampton office was a joke (and that is being kind). There was no leadership or direction of any kind and the management were more than happy to throw anyone below them under the bus. The fact that they were happy to put all of their eggs in one basket and have only 1 client who they lost after thinking that they had it in the bag and not making any real effort to try and add to the client list shows their arrogance and disregard towards their employees.
