payroll is less than other leading companies in the TIC industry, often work under high pressure and tight deadline, OT as usual, learning opportunity may be cancelled due to tight working schedule, very high departmental walls, Inconsistent and arbitrary standards for job performance, Few promotion opportunities,The maddening reimbursement process

- some nice people - somewhat flexible shifts - pay is average

Cons

- cockroaches in the lunchroom and locker area (2 fumigations in 2023 and cockroaches were still seen) - black sewer flies in the washrooms - NO diversity - micromanaging - sexist senior managers - A manager wanted to have a money jar where we put money in any time we make a mistake or don't complete training on time - safety is not taken seriously by upper management - your day depends on if your manager is in a good mood - the lunchroom is small and doesn't fit everyone - everyone is too scared to speak up so when you are the only one speaking up you take the brunt of it
