- All of the pro's can get squashed by the top central management's singular focus on (shareholders') profitability and lack of care about quality of the work and employee happiness. Effectively overstretching their employees' responsibility as far as being not just inconsiderate, but irresponsible as well, as a result facilitating a company which consists mostly of window-dressing which compromises safety and quality. - Not the highest payer on the market
