Many development opportunities in one of the best companies in the TIC industry

The business is not very stable; you will always have the fear of being redundant. It is fun though, like a roller coaster :D

Management is non existent and does not support employees. You will lose your health and wellbeing working here. Overworked and underpaid.

Canteen. Office centrally located. Nothing else.

Cons

Lack of communication, lack of human approach, work- life balance is inexistent with requests around the clock including weekends. Employee burnout and management considers this the norm. Stay away from this organization if you can.
