Pros

You get to work from home if you are an outside sales.

Cons

There is a high turnover in management. Current management is awful and doesn't provide much support with customers and operations. You have to be okay with working alone. Commissions checks are supposed to be paid every 45 days if management remembers to approve it. Everyone month employees have to send emails to HR and finance to tell them we haven't gotten paid. This happens monthly. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Pros

You will defiantly get your 40 hours.

Cons

IF you are a female then get use to have PPE that doesn't fit. Get use to getting hurt because your ppe doesn't fit. I fought and fought to get equal treatment. I am still fighting to get equal treatment. I shouldnt have to BEG and ask constantly for ppe that is a FEMALE size. Being harassed by a male employee? No one cares. I informed my supervisor 2 or 3 times. Another female also went to HR about this male. NOTHING happened.

Pros

Great coworkers and company size

Cons

Where can I start. The first year I was there about 14 people left the company (20%) at the location in GA. 2nd year, 12 people left the company. See the trend? When I left the company, they modified my timesheet, which is technically legal, but not ethical. I used 1 day of sick leave on the last week, and they wiped that out. You know that sick leave they make you "earn". That's the kind of company SGS is. Slowly this company is becoming a Chinese company, as it is their major profit center. As more chinese senior exec are hired, more western exec are leaving. I left because I saw the writing. I definitely did not want to work for a chinese company, because they are cheap.
