Have to work special schedule for bare minimum pay. Health care benefits are trash (high premium for a high deductible)

Pros

Some of the fellow employees are very good at what they do

Cons

They are doing poorly financially and care very little about their people. They lay people off in groups without any information. They have horrible health insurance. Their business model is broken and will continue to lose money until they change how they manage clients. Also, rampant racism is accepted.

You can quickly learn many new skills. Okay for your first job out of college.

Cons

Total complacency with lack of safety. No upward mobility. Management could not care less about employees, quantity of tests is priority always at the cost of employee health and testing accuracy.
