      Pros

      Employees are given a lot pf freedom. The colleages and management are genuinly nice people. Plenty of training and support given. Reasonable objectives per year are set in discussion with us and opportunities to grow are given within these. Good pay and great yearly bonus based on profits made.

      Can't think of anything negative at this point (I'm one year into my graduate scheme)

      Some friendly co workers that were good to work with.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Some many GMs over the years and Nitten was awful as well. No direction from management. Tracy from HR was a nightmare to work with as well. They forced me to take a promotion so they could switch me from hourly to salary even though I declined.
