Waste of Time and Effort

Pros

Nothing good to share. The work culture is out of balance, with most employees looking for new lines of work. Management is untruthful and can not be trusted with any part of your career or career advancement. The one pro is that it gives you time to look for a better job!

Cons

Plenty of cons for sure. Low pay, health benefits are sub-par, work-life balance is non-existant. The team of HR staff only supports the company and will not help you with bad management issues.
