Low margins means small salaries, lots of employee turnover and slim teams who are overworked

Not all challenges are worth taking. Lack of manpower drives high performers away as they are usually the one who always cover up for those who left. Very bad management, all non sense talk and no actions. Feedback is ignored if you are not a favorite. Prioritizes parties over important matters. No proper training, no adjustment period. Lack of support as there were no immediate superiors to offer mentorship and guidance. Low Salary
