Extremely micromanaging, while management generally doesn't actually know much about what their employees truly do. Pay is low compared to other companies in the area. Employees aren't given the tools they need to do their jobs properly, with management claiming cost as the issue. There's effectively no direction given; I started, and after being given a tour of the building and meeting a few people, was completely left to my own devices. No projects assigned, nothing whatsoever. Supervisors don't supervise and managers don't manage anything of actual importance. This is just a small sample, there's myriads of problems here, and none are addressed.

Sometimes it feels like they look at the negative side of a positive situation. But if you want to get better you have to look at every situation and ask your self where you can get better, which is how they look at it
