Pros

Great learning environment, great people, beautiful facilities (where they have spent the money for it), and reasonable benefits. Sometimes good, bigly good.

Cons

Constant turnover due to low pay for high performers. Demoralizing goals from Geneva make it obvious they don't care about employees. Complete disconnect between business line local leadership and global leadership. Idiotic and wasteful sales and marketing system. No foresight regarding direction of the business/industry, future planning, etc.

Pros

Nice people Good teams and collaboration with colleagues in other countries Opportunities for promotion and career development exist for those determined to work hard

Cons

Senior managers need to be actively involved with and listen to their direct reports and recognise where their assistance is required. There's a lot of lip service from inadequately qualified managers.
