Pros

The compensation is good but for the amount of work you're expected to put in feel like you you're underpaid.

Cons

Be ready to be on the road 3-4 Days a week. Almost no opportunity to move up in the company. There is lots of training available, but you're given zero time to take advantage of it. The management team is painfully slow to change.

Pros

Conveniently located in NJ with ample no fee parking available. Most staff have a hybrid schedule.

Cons

Leadership team is not progressive. On average, colleagues are unmotivated. Overall office morale is low. Change is not easily accepted nor encouraged (actually discouraged). Staff turnover rate amongst newcomers is extremely high. Salary range is below industry standard. Benefit package is high cost and low value.
