      Good Company Poor Upper Management

      Pros

      They have great benefits, decent pay, and treat their employees pretty good. The only problem is they are too focused on the quarterly bottom line to look at the big picture. This is what drove our local office out of business.

      provide more benefits to their employees

      Cons

      small compensation, you will be supervisor or in a higher position if you were more than a years or if there's no one could be a manager other than you. Promotion is rare.
