Terrible Company

Pros

I was paid on time. As long as I made them money, they did not feel a need acknowledge my existence unless asking for favors.

Cons

Tried to change the rate in their favor at the last minute (I started on a Monday, they called me the Friday evening before to tell me that "there has been a problem" and ask me to take a 15 dollar per hour pay cut. Lied repeatedly about everything from time off to long term prospects for my position. Fired me with zero notice in collusion with the client, when they found someone cheaper.

Never pays as agreed

Pros

NONE. The only semi-pro thing is that none of their checks have bounced---yet.

Cons

SGS rarely pays on time. They do not pay as agreed. Payments are supposed to be ACH per contract, but they randomly cut checks sometimes before or on the due date, then they wait a week to mail it, and then lie about the whole thing. When I receive a check payment, I have to hold my breath because I fear they are kiting checks. They are very unprofessional all the way around.

There is nothing positive about SGS.

Cons

If you ask for a raise you will be let go even when promised on your signing day.
