Cons
They only promote and hire those of Asian descent if you’re wondering why you didn’t get a call back. LA HQ is run by HQ in China.. down to policies and office environment . They are so disorganized anyone can walk into the office.. “super safe”. They expect 12+ hour days with bogus pay and revoke promotions without notice . They allow verbal abuse from leaders and tolerate toxic management. If you you’re favored by China and George you get special treatment (working remotely permanently, bringing kids to work.. the list goes on). RUN from this place.
