Pros

A fast-growing company that attracts a lot of attention from the industry, and you can learn a business model with high profitability through marketing that makes full use of SNS.

Cons

A work environment where there is a lot of overtime and the competition rate is very high. It's a fluid industry, so you have to catch up with the latest trends and news right away. I get the impression that many people have unstable work wife balance.

Pros

Company is wfh and most work is independent so there is flexibility some days. There are interesting projects to work on in marketing. Nice resume builder to enter marketing or fashion industry. Everyone I encountered here was friendly and easy to work with. There is a lot more diversity and different kinds of people now.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations from Chinese headquarters; Communication from upper management and team leader is nonexistent and everything is last minute here. Simple tasks and projects are a headache because hq is overseas and there is a delay due to time difference or language barrier. No real career development. You’ll learn how to do things the long hard way. Entry level pay is extremely low.

Pros

- Company is growing so fast, so there are so many opportunities. - Company provides regular communication; listens to and considers new ideas, and continuously encourages growth, both personally and professionally. - Company understands work-life balance and actually respects that - Culture is conducive to creating friends and mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved based on your interests. - You get to work with top thought leaders in several industries -smart, collaborative, willing to share (you typically don't get such easy access and support) - Our clients are top name brands, and we are doing incredible things that impact the way business is done across the world. That's powerful! (and fun to be associated with).

Cons

No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalizing procedures, etc.) that come along with any growing company. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions (not just words) that support that. This growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. That mindset is rewarded at Shein.
