      SHEIN is incredibly inclusive! I've always been anxious about my weight as I'm on the heavier side, but at SHEIN, I've witnessed people of different body types and genders working together without any barriers! My mentor has provided thorough guidance, and I've been given the opportunity to independently manage one of the brand's categories! Before joining, my only reference to fashion companies was "The Devil Wears Prada." However, SHEIN is truly a growth-oriented company! Women play a vital role here. Instead of chasing trends, we focus on our customers' needs. People without fashion backgrounds aren't mocked - they're encouraged and nurtured! I absolutely love it! Especially the mission of making fashion accessible to everyone. I've gained both professional growth and self-confidence! I Love it!!!
