Pros

A paycheck and some benefits Free merchandise and food/drinks/snacks in office. Some of my coworkers were cool. Some of the job wasn't bad, like IP/Trademark research.

Cons

All the one-two star reviews for product/content review are pretty accurate. Low pay - like poverty level for Los Angeles. 1% raise every year if that. Depends on department, but some of the most toxic management ever - people with no experience and zero emotional intelligence. No opportunities for promotions or transfers unless you were buddies with management, or the "right" gender, age, or ethnicity. My particular department was in limbo for over a year after much of our work "dissipated" - forcing us to chase KPIs and do pointless busywork. It was like, why bother clocking in?

Pros

I can't see anything pro about this company. Start with legit US companies.

Cons

Too many to list here. Extremely high turnover and they do not care about any.
