      flexibility; home-office options; business potential is promising based on the Chinese low-cost labor market and supply chain, and the country's lower control over sustainability and ethical conduct regulations; could use Chinese to communicate work for people who speak good Chinese;

      must use Chinese (Tencent) software on personal mobile phones to access work; bad coordination between departments; no orientation was given on the Chinese company web system, which is mandatory for processing everything related to work; no orientation or communication from the supervisor at all during the whole time of employment; development schemes are green-wash oriented rather than making real change; personal motivations are easily put off and neglected; all management positions are Chinese;
