The lack of direction in the process may stem from the boss being young and having limited experience. While I don't fault their youth, considering the size of the company, there could have been better choices to take up that role. It's puzzling how they claim to be a diverse working environment, yet having just one race represented in the sg office is quite unusual. Is this truly an international company? Consider using English more consistently. Hiring a group of young and relatively inexperienced employees while expecting high-level results is perplexing. This approach results in everything being based on trial and error, giving the impression of a startup but in an unpleasant way. Last but not least…. the working environment might not be suitable for locals. However, if you appreciate the Chinese working culture, this place might be a good fit!
