Great place to work for those whom need little guidance and don't like to be micro-managed. I feel like I am a valued member of a team while at other companies I have felt like just another number that is not valued. Better compensation and benefits package than other companies in the same industry that I have worked for in the past, including large and small companies. Instead of having a set-in-stone policy for everything, the management will work with their employees to resolve issues. The company values their employees more than their bottom line.
