      Pros

      I worked and managed within the Field Service Group. I have never worked with and for another company with more professionalism then SICK. From Field Service Engineers to Senior Management, all were a pleasure to work with. A very team oriented company. If you are considering working here, don’t hesitate to jump at the opportunity.

      Cons

      There was always some uncertainty about working in a separate location from headquarters but I believe as time passes on all locations are very much apart of the whole company and should be for time to come.

      Benefits are good. Employees ate friendly if you kiss there XXY If you like working with people that have no desire to take on management this is the place for you

      Cons

      Management colicky with certain employees. Management smoke more than doing their job.
