Discriminating management if unwilling to adapt to their flaws. Poor poor communication and poor Management no recognition of workers efforts and accomplishments. Workers treated as prisoners monitored with excuse to terminate to avoid recognizing or incintivicing for extra effort and achieved learning as a none full-time employer employee to keep turnover rate to keep themselves from any questioning of their processes and values.

Honestly, I could write a book on how terrible this place is. Just trust that it's TERRIBLE. Senior leadership is TERRIBLE. DON'T DO IT. Good luck to all those that currently work there and any future employees. I truly hope the company makes improvement, but I’m doubtful that will happen with current leadership.
