      They have become the German Keyence but was not always like that

      -Sick is a well known and respected leader in the industry -Product portfolio is cool -Customers are established compared to other competitors -People in non-management roles are amazing -Training program is well done compared to competitors

      -Good ole boys club -High turnover due to mid and upper management -Don't expect any raises or upward growth

      Pros

      - Minnesota nice - coworkers are friendly & supportive. - Management has a great open door policy and really cares what you have to say! - Lots of support from management towards new ideas & ways to improve the status quo. - Leadership walks the talk. - Good pay. - GREAT benefits! Like, seriously very very impressive benefit plans! - Company is willing to & frequently spends money on employees: company parties, ad hock grill outs at their facilities, company branded merchandise, etc.

      Cons

      ....nothing I can think of that is specific to this company. Seriously; this is the kind of company you want to retire at.

      Pros

      The best thing about working for SICK is team work, everyone helps each other out to get product finished on time. Once you have proven yourself and you have the trust of others many obtains open up to you. It can be a very fast paced and challenging work environment which I loved. Management is great; they love new ideas or different ways of tackling a problem. You will like working at this company!

      Cons

      As someone has already pointed out, Germany calls the shots. Though many changes have been made, almost everything (large changes, product builds, pricing etc…) needs to go by Germany. It is a tuff job, you will be required to work a lot of hours, suggest putting your foot down up front or you will be worked very hard. Pay is a little low.
