      Pros

      I worked and managed within the Field Service Group. I have never worked with and for another company with more professionalism then SICK. From Field Service Engineers to Senior Management, all were a pleasure to work with. A very team oriented company. If you are considering working here, don’t hesitate to jump at the opportunity.

      Cons

      There was always some uncertainty about working in a separate location from headquarters but I believe as time passes on all locations are very much apart of the whole company and should be for time to come.

      -Promote a lot from within -Exceptional medical, dental, vision benefits -Privately held, includes profit sharing -Industry--exciting technology and great job stability due to the diversity in portfolio -My co-workers care about me and my family, small company feel in a large organization -The management board is friendly and knows me as a person and not a number

      -Going through a large amount of growth and some processes need improving to keep up with the growth but we are working on it

      -Sick is a well known and respected leader in the industry -Product portfolio is cool -Customers are established compared to other competitors -People in non-management roles are amazing -Training program is well done compared to competitors

      -Good ole boys club -High turnover due to mid and upper management -Don't expect any raises or upward growth
