      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits. The work is satisfying as long as your passions align with the company. There is little to complain about. My boss is very supportive and genuine. I see myself staying long-term with the company.

      Cons

      This is personal, but it was common to feel imposter syndrome if you don't have much to do each day. May need to find ways to keep busy if you are not reliable to the company.

      Bandwidth utilization can become strenuous at times. While this can become hard on work life balance, the balance comes in that there is a busy season and a slow season. The slow season offers ample recharge time from the busier side of the year.
