No pros untill i worked there.

1. Very very tiny office. 2. They hire single resource and puts the whole burden on him. 3. No good management. If you dont know how to lick you wont survive here. 4. Poor management with no vision. 5. No learning no growth. 6. They hire people on contracts and humiliate them and want you to do the same . 7. IT domain is of no use as they work there for just fooling the company's CEO and higher management. 8. They hire people from fortune 500 company and make them pay for the rest of their life if they join this organisation.
