Pros

Job pays surprisingly well and will hire just about anybody, no experience required. They do also have decent benefits.

Cons

Management changes hands constantly and your work schedule can be changed at any time without warning. Employee complaints are rarely looked into and if you have an opinion they would rather you keep it to yourself, even if it is in the best interest of the company. Hard work and dedication is seldom rewarded making for a chaotic workplace where company morale is always low..

Only good thing here is benefits but few of them. Paid time off is good 401k not great.

Cons

Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. No matter what remember it's going to be your fault.
