Below avg shop. Most stressful machinist job I've had yet. Unorganized, improper tooling. Clueless on how a short run production shop should be ran. Our floor is very dangerous (slippery), new shop had a nice floor put down but it is not up to standard. PTO is by far the worst in the industry. SAP system is very dated but they think they got the best. Drop Insperity and look at ADP and getting us real financial investors for 401k like Fidelity.

Poor quality standards. No communication between departments. Dishonest management staff. Poor management and too many lower level staff members trying to micro manage. Two hours into my first day I knew this place was a joke.
