Sita has always been supportive and a family to me, with good hands on learning opportunity along with perfect load balancing.

Cons

SITA has no cons to my point of view, as a friendly and helping peers with experts in technology are the real key makers for the future

All great except for poor pay

Pros

Great environment for growth and experience to a certain level.

Cons

The salaries for the indicated position are very poor in SITA, I worked for SITA for more than 8 years and was on the same salary of less than $1000 per month for the whole period. The pay is ever on time, but also ever depressing when it comes in, because it is very little.
