Dear colleague Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are pleased that you like your work environment and the offices. You criticize the hybrid work model, despite the fact that we want to offer our employees the greatest possible flexibility with this. Work from home is permitted for up to 60% of the working time. But you can just as easily continue to work 100% in the office. We regret that you are not pleased with the salaries. However, our salaries are being reviewed regularly and are audited externally and certified by “Fair-On-Pay”.
