All Around Great Work Environment!

-Work/life balance -The people that work here (in all departments) -The benefits and pay -The training provided and advancement opportunity -Multiple different things to get involved in, a lot of diversity celebrations -Knowledgeable people that work here and if they don't have the answer, they will find the answer and get back to me -Flexibility in all aspects as long as you're upfront and honest and get your work done

Cons

-Sometimes there is downtime for many different reasons, which I use to learn more about excel, or my job functions. I wouldn't say it's really a con but it's just how business is at times.
