Great pay and opportunity to move up. Able to adapt to the cold environment. Able to learn fast just by watching. Cold environment

Cons

They don't physically trained newcomer . You watch and learn by yourself. Not a problem since I'm a fast learner. So far it's a good job.

Depending on your work preference, this may be a con or will bring out your ambitions: everyone is expected to work beyond their job description and stretch outside their comfort zone every day. Working beyond Mon-Fri/more than 40 hours a week is often part of the deal. But most competitive organizations expect that. This is high-volume, high-speed manufacturing.
