      Coming from a very large company to SKA has been refreshing. I enjoy the team atmosphere and being part of a family-like group with a long history of providing quality engineering services. My favorite activity so far is the company wide event. With nearly full participation from the entire company, we spent time together learning more about the projects and services of each group within the company. We were able to tour one of the amazing projects that our structural team designed and enjoy a local baseball game together. It was a great opportunity to meet co-workers from our other offices and disciplines.

      The people are friendly, helpful, and collaborative. The genuine goal is to promote overall quality which is achieved as a company by the company investing in its employees. Lots of growth and development opportunities!

      The insurance benefits are ok. Not terrible, but not great either.
