      - You can learn and be exposed to different field. - Lots of online training - above average pay - International Travel - Diversity

      Cons

      - Everything is about KPO. Specially in the hub. Most people stay until morning to finish the deadlines. - If you are expat package and stay for five in the same country, they will convert your salary to local which is very ow. They would rather let you resign and hire new expat - HR is very slow. - Very low worklife balance.
