Work overload. No time for life (not even for the basic things). Low salaries. Bad labour conditions. People get sick due to stress. Taxic environment. Practically slavery conditions.

Cons

Pay and benefits is not competitive with oil & gas companies. Poor office location and no offices. Executive pay is, however, higher than most oil & gas companies.
