Pros

There is a wealth of knowledge and information to be learned while working for the world's largest oil services company. There are very well defined roles and expectations for job performance and potential career development.

Cons

Being a large company, sometimes the individual gets lost in the "shuffle". The pay is lower than that of competing companies, though there is a level of stability that comes with working for such a large company.
